Climate DRIVE Data, Privacy and Publication Policy

Climate DRIVE publishes only records that have completed the required review, approval and publication decision. Draft conclusions, private contact details, staff deliberations and restricted evidence remain internal.

Approved public content

A public version may include the approved commitment description, target and delivery information, approved evidence descriptions, assessment summaries, conclusions, Delivery Evidence Index values, dates and source references. Evidence marked internal, restricted, superseded or excluded is not displayed.

Redaction and withholding

Authorized staff may publish a redacted description when disclosure of the underlying information would be improper. The internal source and the reason for restriction remain preserved in Climate DRIVE.

Corrections, revisions and withdrawal

Material corrections and substantive revisions create a new public version, preserve the earlier version and display a public notice. A withdrawn record is removed from current display while its publication history remains preserved.

Raise a concern

Visitors may report privacy, accuracy or disclosure concerns, challenge a public conclusion, or provide new evidence. Each submission receives a traceable record for authorized review.
