Our stove manufacturing facility seats on an 800 sqm space and has an installed capacity of producing 200 pellet household cookstoves, 20 institutional cookstoves, 150 charcoal cookstoves and at least 300 flat-packed wood stoves. The entire manufacturing process is fully mechanical. The manufacturing process starts with decoiling the steel, straightening and cutting the sheet metal for the outer body in size. This is followed by stamping, rolling, seam welding, necking, and powder coating. A separate decoiling, straightening, and stamping process is followed to manufacture the inner tube. The combustion chamber is cut using a fiber laser machine, which also makes the primary and secondary air holes, which is then rolled and seam welded. Most of the other components of the stove are manufactured using our 6 stamping machines. Once the daily quota is reached, the stove components are sent to assembly line.
